Geoff Gorton - Project Manager / Electrical Inspector

With over 30 years of experience in the electricity industry, Geoff is a seasoned professional who brings a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to every project he manages. Much of his career was as an Electrical Fitter, beginning with the Ministry of Energy (Electricity Division), where he gained hands-on experience in the field. Geoff is a Registered Electrical Inspector, whose journey has taken him to his current role as a Project Manager and co-owner of Decom.

Throughout his career, Geoff has been involved in a broad range of projects, from maintenance of high-voltage installations to complex power distribution upgrades and large-scale infrastructure initiatives.

As a Project Manager, Geoff thrives at coordinating with stakeholders to ensure good outcomes. He is passionate about the industry and enjoys providing solutions to keep the wheels of industry turning.
