Peter - Project Manager / Electrical Design Engineer

With over 35 years of experience in the electrical industry, Peter is a highly skilled engineer specializing in Project Management and the design of Protection, Control, and SCADA systems. His career began as a Draughtsman with the New Zealand Electricity Department and has since evolved through various roles, including Senior Design Engineer and Design Services Team Leader with PowerNet. The founding of Decom in 1995 brought about new opportunities to expand those skills into Business Management.

Peter has extensive expertise in substation construction project management. He has a solid reputation for delivery of complex projects on time and within budget. Peter has a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with stakeholders across industries to ensure good outcomes.
